PURCHASING
Camera Care purchases all types of fine
photographic equipment for fair prices. We will purchase a single camera or
lens, a complete collection or an entire estate. We will purchase your equipment
for cash or accept it on consignment. We also offer an eBay selling program. All
payments are made within 48 hours of a sale price agreement and equipment
inspection.

Outright purchasing:
Camera Care purchases all types of fine
photographic equipment including; cameras, lenses and all types of
accessories. Please provide a list of the equipment you wish to sell in the
above form. We will get back to you with in 1 business day with a tentative
offer based on your description. Upon receipt we will inspect the equipment
and make you a firm offer. If the offer is acceptable to you we will pay you
within 48 hours by either bank check or wire transfer. If the offer is not
accepted your equipment will be returned to you promptly at our expense.
Major equipment does not have to be working
but repairs necessary must be mechanical in nature i.e....we can not repair
scratched optics or severely dented equipment. Minor accessories must be in
good working order as their value is generally less than the cost of repair.
We purchase and sell world wide with the
exception of Nigeria, Rominia and other countries with a know high fraud rate

Consignment
Camera will sell your equipment for an agreed
upon price which will be higher than if we purchase your equipment outright.
All consignment sales will paid with 48 hours of the item sale and a fee of
20% will be deducted from the selling price. We will advertise your equipment
in markets most suited to the type of equipment. We will also offer it to our
extensive list of clients. We can generally get you the highest possible price
based on our 30 year reputation, our warranty which is offered on all
equipment and a comprehensive knowledge of current market conditions.
eBay Sales
Camera Care, under the user ID of
classicslr, has built a superb reputation on eBay which can afford you
considerably higher resale and turnover than you are likely to get yourself.
With many years of experience on eBay we have mastered all techniques of
selling to a worldwide market while avoiding all the pitfalls, fraud and other
problems that befall new and inexperienced users. We charge a fee of 20% of
the final selling price + all ebay fees incurred in the listing and final
valuation charge. These fees will be presented on request or can be found
here. Payment is made
within 48 hours of Camera Care receiving payment from the winning bidder.
Camera Care will list your equipment with a
complete description that is carefully researched to maximize appeal and
selling price. All items are presented in an attractive, professional template
with a comprehensive set of images and detailed description of condition,
features, benefits and value to the buyer. As with all items that we sell your
item will come with a 90 day warrantee adding even more appeal and security to
the buyer while assuring you of maximum desirability and highest return. This
warrantee is provided at no expense to you by Camera Care and all repairs if
necessary are covered and paid for by Camera Care.
